Get your front splits with my online course! This is a six week programme, with videos of the exercises that you can follow along in your own time ✨
There are new videos for each week of the programme so there will be variety in the training. Consistency is always key while working on flexibility for our front splits, we want to focus on our hamstring and hip flexor flexibility. You'll see best improvement doing the exercises 3 to 4 times a week, but if you can't manage this level of frequency, you'll still see improvement with working through the videos at the times that suit you.
As for how long, it’s quality over quantity. Make sure you are focusing on the stretching exercises that will benefit you the most. Make it a good quality stretching session where you really feel your muscles working.
